Terms of Use
Effective 2026-04-29. Fursan Core is a product of Fursan Health, LLC ("Fursan Health"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fursan Core mobile and web applications (the "Service"). Read them carefully.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Medical Data Practices. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 years of age or older to use Fursan Core. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. The Service is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it.
3. Not Medical Advice
Fursan Core provides general wellness, nutrition, fasting, and training information for personal informational purposes only. It is NOT a medical device, and the AI Coach features do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet, fasting, or exercise program, and before acting on anything the Service suggests.
4. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit ("User Content"), including food logs, training data, body metrics, photos, and any medical or laboratory documents you upload. You grant Fursan Health a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (b) resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service; (c) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (d) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation; (e) use automated tools to access the Service except as expressly authorized.
7. AI & Third-Party Providers
Some features rely on third-party AI providers, nutrition databases, payment processors, email providers, and wearable integrations. We disclose the active providers in the Privacy Policy. When you invoke an AI feature with health context, we will route your prompt to the configured AI provider; you can opt out per the consent controls in Settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, names, marks, code, and visual assets associated with Fursan Core are owned by Fursan Health unless a third-party component is identified otherwise. The Service and all related rights remain ours; you receive only the limited right to use it as these Terms allow.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account, which will permanently erase your User Content as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with the law. Sections 3 (No Medical Advice), 5 (license), 8 (IP), 10 (Disclaimers), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURSAN HEALTH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FURSAN HEALTH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-product and dated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of Fursan Health, LLC, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules.
